Green Book: Aging & Disability Resources
The Centre County Government periodically publishes resource booklets for various services and programs. The resource books are color-coded and largely identified within the community by color.

The green book provides resources for family members, friends and individuals to locate information related to aging and disabilities in Centre County.
Telephone Touch Reassurance Program
This free service connects people who are either living alone or may not have daily contact with others to a friendly, trusted volunteer. Knowing a volunteer will be calling to check on them provides a welcome link to the community and reassurance that someone cares.
Family & Community Engagement (SCASD)
The Family and Community Engagement team consists of a Home School Visitor, licensed School Social Workers, and the district's Bilingual Liaison. These positions work closely with all students and their families in developing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships between members of the school district and outside agencies. In addition, they provide connections to community resources in supporting a family's basic needs. Their work is focused on ensuring an optimal schooling opportunity while balancing the personal development of the student.

Communities that Care
Communities that Care (CTC) is an evidence-based model for community collaboration. CTC mission is to addresses the underlying causes and strengthens the successes that lead to the prevention and reduction of substance use, abuse, and high risk behaviors among Centre County children, youth, and families.
